We reserved room with double beds, but were given room with king bed - after check-in clerk saw our confirmation and spoke with the manager, we were given a double room - when we returned, we realized we'd been put in smoking room instead of reserved non-smoking room; smelled bad even with ionic breeze - not satisfied - Oct 2007
