Didn't get adjoining rooms as requested - beds were hard - didn't like the pillows - poor service - I was dissatisfied - Feb 2011
Room had an odor - staff made special transportation accommodations for us, and drove us to and from dinner - met our needs well - Apr 2008
Dirty, nasty hotel - TV and remote control didn't work well - shower didn't work properly - breakfast didn't seem sanitary - I'll never stay again - Mar 2008
