"This was the worst hotel experience I've had in my 60 years of traveling. There was a pile of dog feces in my room when I arrived. I was moved to another room, where the WiFi didn't work. I had to go to the lobby to use the Internet. A guest argued with the front desk clerk, and 6 police officers turned up. The fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM, and I had to evacuate. A staff member said it happened all the time. At checkout, no apology or compensation offered. Don't stay here.2023-02-14"
