We didn't receive any towels or toiletries our 2nd night, not even a bath mat - only had 1 working elevator for 9 floors and it was packed, we sometimes had to wait 3 times before there was enough room to get on - didn't appreciate not being informed of the additional parking fee when we reserved the room - disappointed - Aug 2007
