Place needed a good cleaning - room hadn't been vacuumed or dusted - sheets smelled dirty and contained hair - we changed rooms, but the new one was just as dirty - both sets of sheets were rumpled, not clean, and covered in hair; we requested new ones, and they were provided - there were hairs all over the bathroom floor - liked the pool and gym - we'd most definitely never stay again - Aug 2007
