Good rates - liked the room features - AC was turned on when I arrived, and it was too cold - windows wouldn't lock, but the clerk immediately came to fix them - staff was accommodating and professional, and interested in guests' safety and comfort - Oct 2008
Non-smoking room needed upgrading - bedspread smelled like smoke - there were dead bugs on the windowsill - bathtub didn't have a stopper, so the front desk clerk gave me $2 to go out and buy one - Mar 2008
