Practical location - room was small, but clean and comfortable - staff didn't offer to help me with my luggage, and didn't tell me a bellboy was available - clerk told me to use the back entrance near the elevator, but neglected to tell me that there were stairs - pool was nice and well-kept - good food and service at the on-site restaurant - Jun 2010
Room was clean and smoke-free, but a bit cramped - beds were comfortable - room service was overpriced and slow; our food arrived cold, and we didn't get cutlery - it was hard getting our luggage up the stairs by the back entrance - good restaurant - Mar 2010
