Close to the Parliament building - seemed pricey - in-room coffee wasn't good, and no other coffee was available - no continental breakfast - not happy - Jun 2011
Room and view were excellent - beds were comfortable - check-in process was inconvenient and took over a half hour - we were told to check in at 3 PM, but at 4:30 PM our room wasn't ready - front desk clerks should've had the authority to rearrange accommodations without embarrassing guests - my daughter left tickets for us at the front desk, but clerks had no record of them - entrance to underground parking area needed more signage - Aug 2007
