Other guests partied loudly until 6 AM and smashed beer bottles outside our door - the pool closed at 7 PM instead of the 11 PM closing time - breakfast ended earlier than the posted time, so we didn't get to eat - our worst hotel experience - Dec 2011
Beautiful location - bed was hard - no room service - front desk clerk was rude when I called to tell her there was no heat in the room; she came to help grudgingly - the heater had to be replaced 2 days later - I was satisfied, but not impressed - Apr 2011
