Close to historical site - entire motel was old, worn, and poorly maintained - room needed vacuuming - heater filled the room with smoke when we turned it on; we were immediately moved to another room - 2nd room had a shower with a portable seat that got in our way; showerhead kept falling down - tiles were chipped, and a piece of formica was missing from the countertop - staff was courteous and responsive - never again - Oct 2008
