We were initially given an already-occupied room - took 2 hours to get an acceptable room - couldn't watch TV because the picture was so bad - phone didn't work - found items from other guests under the bed and behind furniture - front desk clerk didn't seem to know what was going on - elevator was out of service, and staff wanted to put us on the 3rd floor - breakfast food ran out an hour before closing time - terrible experience - Aug 2011
