Rates were high because of local event - bed was missing boxsprings - windows only had heavy curtains, no sheers to give privacy but allow light in - sink had a leak, shower curtains were moldy, tub and sink had cigarette burns - understaffed - breakfast was bread, muffin, or cinnamon roll - had to ask for more sugar, creamer, and sweet rolls - May 2007
