Room smelled bad - housekeeper came in without knocking - while we were out, housekeeping came in and turned off the AC, but didn't clean the room - front desk clerk was polite - wouldn't return - May 2010
Bed was comfortable - bathroom wasn't clean enough, but housekeeping took care of it when I complained - disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs - continental breakfast was well-stocked - a pleasant stay - Jun 2008
