Hotel had a "Sorry, We're Trying to Make Things Better" sign - bathtub didn't have a stopper, so I couldn't take a bath - sink stopper was broken, had to plug it with a rag - front desk clerk wasn't attentive when I reported problems with my room - had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the complimentary breakfast to be served because an employee was late - Nov 2007
