Room smelled musty and had cockroaches - carpet was soaking wet - AC didn't work - phone jack was broken and wasn't attached to the wall - found a used washcloth in a drawer - toilet seat was dirty - there was an old toilet by the side entrance - when I asked for ice, the front desk clerk handed me an ice tray - this place was so bad it made my mother cry - May 2011
Great location and value - room was clean - met our needs quite well - Jul 2008
Room needed maintenance and better soundproofing to block out barking dogs and train noise - chain lock was missing - linens were dirty and ill-fitting - didn't have any hot water - enjoyed the fresh morning coffee - no ice machine - Sep 2007
Reasonable rates - room was dated but quiet enough - bed was decent, but linens were old - shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, but towels were worn - met my basic need for a bed and shower - May 2007
