Seemed overpriced - room was fairly clean - no phone books or restaurant information supplied - nice front desk clerks - pool wasn't warm enough, and the hot tub jets didn't work - no continental breakfast provided - great parking - Jan 2009

We asked for two rooms together, but were put in rooms on 7th and 16th floors - check-in was 3 PM, but we weren't able to get in room until 5:30 PM - not a good experience - Mar 2008
