Convenient to main attractions via subway - not a good value - hotel was clean - we were given a basement room; it was so noisy that we asked for a room change - the 2nd room was a bit quieter - beds were comfortable - staff didn't seem to care about guests - needed more toasters and more seating at breakfast - cabs lined up outside, leaving no safe area for pedestrians to cross the street - Jun 2010
