Construction underway during my stay - room was next to the noisy elevators - needed a facelift - carpet and furniture were worn - toilet wouldn't stop running; I had to reach in the tank and stop it every time it was flushed - kids ran wild in the hallway at night - continental breakfast ended at 9 AM - there were building supplies taking up prime parking spots; parking area had lots of potholes - Mar 2011

Nice view of Lake Erie - beds were comfortable - heard music from nearby restaurants until 1 AM - housekeeping skipped our room; when I called the front desk about it, they didn't seem to care - breakfast servers were slow - wouldn't stay again - Jun 2010
