Close to Carlsbad Caverns - not a resort - room smelled strongly of disinfectant - AC vent was filthy - toilet was loud - no shampoo provided, and front desk clerk wasn't happy about bringing it to my room - some exterior lights didn't work - not what we expected - Sep 2009

Close to the caverns; walk to restaurants - friendly staff - had miniature golf - pool was closed - good stay - Sep 2009

Close to the caverns, and only 20 minutes from town - hotel looked somewhat dated, but renovations were underway - room was spacious, had a comfortable bed - staff was pleasant and courteous - liked the small water park - diner had a limited menu but good food - had a mini-convenience store and gift shop - the place to stay - Apr 2009

The place was falling apart - filthy grounds - we didn't stay - Jan 2009

Hotel was in horrible condition, and badly needed maintenance - room was filthy - walls were damaged - toilet was broken - we didn't stay - Nov 2008
