We were given free upgrade to a great suite - staff was extremely accommodating - enjoyed the pool and hot tub - fabulous breakfast buffet - Feb 2008
Room with king-sized bed didn't have much space to move around - couldn't comfortably watch TV in bed - had trouble with key card, had to return to front desk for help - breakfast wasn't free, but we didn't know until attendant asked us to pay - elevator was slow - good parking - disappointed, wouldn't stay again - May 2007
