Not conveniently located - housekeeping didn't clean the room until late in the day - employee entered our room at 11:30 PM, turned on the lights, and announced that she was doing a room check; security later knocked and demanded that we go to the front desk to straighten out a bookkeeping error - we were upset - Oct 2010
