Cheap - room was tatty - decor needed improvement - didn't appreciate school bus idling in parking lot outside at 3 AM for 20 minutes - needed a better TV - Internet access didn't work - staff didn't seem to care that the breakfast buffet was completely out 2nd morning - I changed hotels after 2 nights - Feb 2008
