Hotel Guides Verified Reviews Located behind the casino; a bit hard to find - hotel was huge - decor was beautiful and ornate; liked the attention to detail - beds in our East Tower room weren't comfortable, and the fluffy pillows went flat when I put my head on them - duvet didn't keep me warm enough - desk chair was too low - room service food was wonderful - bathroom needed better lighting, and the mirror was so far back that it was hard to put on makeup - great shower with good water pressure - liked the big bathtub and separate room for the toilet; even had a phone and speaker in the bathroom - grounds were beautifully landscaped - loved the multi-level pool area with bridge and massage beds - conference rooms were nice but cold - casino wasn't too smoky - fabulous breakfast buffet - I'd definitely stay again - Nov 2009
