Nice hotel - heating and cooling system didn't work, and the room was stifling hot - we couldn't open the window because smokers gathered nearby - we weren't offered a room change despite 4 calls to complain - good beds - disappointed that the pool was closed due to whirlpool installation - Apr 2011
