Entrance was hard to find - room wasn't clean - no batteries in the smoke detector, and nothing was done when we told the staff - formica counter in the bathroom was peeling - toilet was dirty - we had to go to the front desk ourselves to get extra towels - there was trash on the grounds and in the pool area - we weren't told about exterior painting near our parked car; we found out by accident and moved our car - not satisfied - Jun 2011
