Great location - room had a coffee pot - beds were comfortable, had plenty of pillows - Sep 2007
We called ahead to make sure we'd get a room on the ground floor, but had to beg for one when we arrived - room was musty, had a nasty door - bed legs were practically broken - bathroom fan didn't work properly - commode wasn't secure and felt like it was going to turn over every time we used it - enjoyed the breakfast buffet - we wanted to leave - Sep 2007

Easy to access - bathroom wasn't clean enough - evening staff was dressed like they'd been working in the yard - hot food at breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM, and employees helped themselves before the guests - May 2009
