Our 1st room was dingy, smelly, and dirty, and entry door didn't lock - our 2nd room didn't have towels, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, or other amenities as promised - staff didn't record our room change which resulted in manager banging on our door at 1 AM - hotel manager was rude, belligerent, and unapologetic - we cancelled our stay, and left - Feb 2007
