A disappointing stay - room was dusty and not clean enough - bed wasn't comfortable, pillows were flat - had to have key card recoded on 2nd night - lobby was way too small for breakfast crowd - one worker was half asleep on lobby sofa - security guard checked me out - Oct 2005
My room was reassigned to another guest while I was out, and my belongings moved without notice or permission - I left immediately - Nov 2005
