Horrible hotel - "refurbished" rooms were filthy, and the only thing that looked new was the carpet - dresser was covered in sawdust - one room didn't have a phone, alarm clock, or remote control; the remote control in the other room didn't work - clothes hangers got dirt on our clothes - we were only given two dingy towels - the toilet was dirty, and the seat didn't fit - front desk clerk was polite - we didn't stay - Nov 2008

Good bedding - room wasn't well-cleaned, coffee pot was never cleaned - had trouble with Internet access - only one clerk on duty - no one answered phone at front desk when I called - when key card didn't work, I had to wait 15 minutes at desk before someone came to help me - Apr 2007
