Room was dirty and disgusting - paint was chipping off the walls - trim around the door was falling apart - some electrical outlets didn't work, and others were hanging from the wall - bathroom walls had cracks - staff offered no assistance - snow wasn't adequately shoveled, and I nearly fell walking from the parking lot to our room - a complete dump - Jan 2011
