  Easy drive to the University of Massachusetts - even the non-smoking areas smelled like smoke - pillows were tiny and lumpy - plenty of towels provided, but the shampoo bottle was miniscule - staff was friendly - breakfast wasn't worth the time - Apr 2010

  Excellent value - we were given a room upgrade - room had everything we needed - front desk staff was friendly and efficient - had elevators and parking - no complaints at all - Dec 2010

  Gorgeous facility - we were initially given an already-occupied room, but were then upgraded to a beautiful suite - table was damaged, so a new one was brought up and assembled - we got a bit rowdy, but staff was accommodating and patient - I'd stay again - Apr 2008
