Non-smoking room smelled like smoke - had ant and ladybug infestation, and no one was available to take care of the problem - heating unit was filled with food crumbs and even used dental floss - carpet wasn't vacuumed, had garbage on it - chair was dirty and had food crumbs on it - rug at food of bed was stained - I asked for a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed floor myself - range hood was covered in grease - no dishwashing soap provided - told front desk staff we weren't happy, and were told that manager wasn't available; we never heard from him - an extremely unpleasant stay - Oct 2007
