Close to Amtrak station; no nice restaurants nearby - hotel initially said shuttle would get us from South Station, but later said we'd have to get a cab and we'd be reimbursed - Jul 2011
There was hair in the bathroom - cleaning product left a residue in the bathtub; we asked for it to be cleaned again, but the residue remained - staff was pleasant - we were able to check in early - Apr 2011
Room was clean and looked newly renovated - carpet in the hallway and elevator smelled bad - Mar 2011
Inexpensive - room was nice, but next to a gas station; I heard trucks all night - bed was comfortable - had 2 TVs - friendly staff - shuttle was convenient, but staff didn't always tell us the correct place to wait - I'd stay again - Dec 2009

No good restaurants nearby - reasonably priced - microwave and fridge were available upon request - no one answered the phone when we tried to call the front desk - front desk staff and shuttle drivers were helpful - didn't like the complimentary dinner - had a shuttle to Harvard Medical School and hospital - Oct 2011
