Deadbolt lock on the room door didn't work - carpet was filthy and needed vacuuming - bathroom door didn't close properly; it was too small for the frame, so there wasn't enough privacy - towels were old and scratchy - breakfast was one box of mini doughnuts and two boxes of juice - I'll never stay again - Aug 2010
