Room was small, needed a desk - wall had a hole in it - exterior was well-kept - nice pool - Sep 2007
New, clean, well-maintained hotel - liked view of harbor, pool area, and lobby fireplace - but room 3003 was small and had no table or desk - bathroom was small and had no tub - balcony was also small; barely room for two chairs - wireless Internet connection was weak and unreliable - most staff were friendly, but whoever prepared room service trays was incompetent - overall, not worth $450 per night - we'll try Bar Harbor Inn next time - Jul 2007
