Entry smelled like cooking, and we heard a baby crying - room wasn't clean, so we were moved to another room - 2nd room wasn't clean enough; found a hair clip on the floor - fridge needed to be defrosted - no coffee, tea, creamer, or cups provided - coffee ran out early at breakfast, and I had to ask someone to make more - wouldn't stay again - Nov 2010
