Room key didn't work, had to have housekeeper open door - room was dirty, so I hauled my luggage back to front desk and requested another room - key didn't work, so I had to request correct keys - room was dirty and there was no water - carpet needed vacuuming - light by bed didn't work - no iron or ironing board - bed boxsprings were stained - front desk clerk was nice and apologetic - Jul 2007
