Sofa was stained, and the table was scratched - TV cabinet was dusty - glasses had dust in them - there were spots on the bathroom walls - light fixture had dust and cobwebs on it - towels were rough - check-in clerk wasn't knowledgeable about hotel services - checkout clerk was helpful - won't stay again - Jan 2011
