Carpet in room had just been cleaned and was still wet; we had to keep our shoes on - found an empty beer bottle at the foot of the bed - bathroom floor had hair on it, and it got slippery because of the wet carpet in room - room wasn't cleaned our 2nd day, and it was a mess; when I complained to the front desk clerk, he quickly delivered fresh towels and apologized - checkout clerk didn't offer an apology, but only charged me for one night - Mar 2008
