Easy to find - not budget friendly - facility was run-down and outdated - needed maintenance - decor was old and showed a lot of wear - non-smoking room faintly smelled like smoke - staff was polite and friendly, but not solicitous or professional in their demeanor - checkout was better - pool was supposed to open at 8 AM but wasn't unlocked until past 9:30 AM - water was green, maintenance told us it was due to high iron content - hot tub jets barely bubbled the water - large pool deck was covered in artificial turf and entirely exposed to the hot sun - Aug 2007
