Didn't get ground-floor room as requested - front desk clerk looked at us like we were stupid when we asked for directions to someplace nearby
Spacious room, but needed dusting - front desk clerks were friendly and helpful - had a pool and hot tub - I'd definitely stay again
Clean, safe, and quiet - linens in non-smoking room smelled slightly like smoke - staff was friendly
Heating system was ineffective - pool was small, had too much chlorine - hot tub didn't work properly - breakfast was good
Room wasn't cleaned our 2nd day, didn't get fresh linens - found mouse droppings in bed; got clean sheets late and had to make bed ourselves - manager never returned our calls - won't return
