Easy access to the interstate; convenient to Biltmore - room smelled musty - bedsheets were stained and didn't smell fresh - I called the front desk to get replacement sheets, but had to get them myself since housekeepers had left for the day; clerk handed me a wadded up ball of sheets that looked like they'd been pulled off another bed - when I changed the sheets, I noticed stains on the mattress - clerk quickly moved me to another room at my request; it was in another building and was fine - hallways looked run-down and dull - plenty of food at breakfast, but the biscuits weren't fully cooked, and the toast sticks were stale - not a good place to stay

Easy access to the interstate and area attractions; plenty of stores and restaurants nearby - this place smelled terrible

Hotel was hidden behind a mall - clean room with a comfortable bed - staff was friendly and helpful

Convenient to shopping and dining - good rates

Room was clean, but a bit shabby - we could hear dogs barking in other rooms
