Good location - entire place needed refurbishing - room was old and not so clean - AC didn't work, so it was too warm - front desk clerk didn't seem to know how to use the computer - continental breakfast was basic - won't go back

Our hotel is located easily off interstate 81 at exit 45/and is surrounded by many restaurants and plenty of shopping. We are only 5 miles from fort drum and 8 miles from lake ontario.
