Room was clean - old TV - staff was friendly - good downtown hotel

Reasonable rates - good service - no parking in front of hotel even to check in - I was pleased

We were sent to 2 rooms that were already occupied before finally getting an empty room - appreciated the warm cookie - disappointed

Awesome bed - shower didn't work properly

Seemed overpriced - toilet overflowed, so we were moved to another room - 2nd room had a poor layout; we had to move furniture around to make room for a cot - poor customer service
