Room was cold when we arrived, but it warmed up after about an hour - staff was friendly, and informed us about the social hour, cookie time, and breakfast - great stay
Right near downtown concert and theater hot-spots - staff was quite young
Staff was friendly - appreciated the evening milk and cookies - I was pleased
Affordable - nice facility looked recently renovated - we were upgraded to a beautiful, roomy Presidential Suite - staff was pleasant and helpful - great place to stay
