Not a typical hotel
Warm, cozy hotel - great breakfast - had to pay for parking - a peaceful stay
Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated - loved the whimsical decor in the lobby - staff was so nice - breakfast buffet was a great perk - extremely slow elevator - wonderful place; I'll definitely stay again
Next to MIT - hotel was a former firehouse - room was comfortable and had character - good complimentary breakfast buffet
Small and charming - room was clean and comfortable, had colorful quilts and eclectic furniture - looked generally wheelchair-accessible - free Internet access - sometimes had to wait a bit for service at front desk - good food and wine at on-site restaurant

Additional property description - the kendall hotel once a historic firehouse built in 1893 was transformed into a luxury boutique hotel in 2002 offering rooms with complimentary internet and all rates include a full american breakfast buffet. Customers are not allowed to reserve more than four rooms under one name.
