There were ants all over the room, and yellow stains on the bathroom ceiling - sink was cracked - bathtub and sink weren't cleaned every day - I called the front desk, and was told someone would be sent to look at the room; no one ever came - housekeeper knocked on my door the day I left, and was nasty when I asked her to come back after I'd checked out - I was totally disappointed
Room needed upgrading - didn't like the layout - leather desk chair was practically falling apart - bed was comfortable - easy access to the Internet - somewhat disappointed
Room wasn't clean enough; trash cans weren't empty, soap was used, and there was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor - I informed the front desk clerk, but nothing was done - had a large parking garage
Room was clean and just the right temperature - great pillows - toilet paper holder was in an awkward location - a comfortable stay
Suite was nice, clean, and comfortable - convenient underground parking - wish we could've stayed longer
