Suite looked extremely old and dingy - had dirty carpet and peeling paint - kitchen tile was worn - light fixture cover in the bathroom was hanging off the wall - fitness center equipment was modern and in good working order - I expected more, and left early - Jun 2008
Across street from college, but sports complex wasn't in walking distance - first room smelled like smoke, but we were immediately moved to another room - exceptional staff - parking garage was scary - I'll go elsewhere next time - Apr 2007

Bed had an uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows - no rotating tray for the microwave - TV channel guide wasn't accurate, and the remote didn't work; I was given a box of broken remotes and told to find one that worked - wall unit had broken drawers - shower fiberglass was cracked - toilet was dirty - not happy - Jun 2008

There were ants all over the room, and yellow stains on the bathroom ceiling - sink was cracked - bathtub and sink weren't cleaned every day - I called the front desk, and was told someone would be sent to look at the room; no one ever came - housekeeper knocked on my door the day I left, and was nasty when I asked her to come back after I'd checked out - I was totally disappointed - Oct 2009
