Staff was friendly and attentive - no towels at the pool; front desk staff was apologetic and said they'd be brought right out, but it never happened

Bathroom was small - friendly, helpful staff - great restaurant service - a good experience

Right in the center of Waikiki - staff was extremely courteous, and let us check in early - perfect stay

Right by Waikiki and Hale Koa - located on a main road; I could hear traffic at all hours - valet-only parking, and it was expensive

Minutes from the beach and shopping district - there were bugs in the room - fridge was small and didn't get cold enough - Internet access wasn't free - parking was expensive - don't recommend
