Close to the ballpark - room was never cleaned despite repeated requests

Bed wasn't comfortable - poor housekeeping - heard lots of slamming doors and conversations in the next room - pool didn't look like online photos - not pleased

Close to Turner Field - customer service was non-existent - front desk was understaffed - restaurant food was bland

Every employee we encountered was extremely polite and went out of their way for us - didn't have an ice machine on every floor - great experience

Good location - room was nice and clean - had a shuttle service
